I’m pleased that the International Journal of Education and the Arts has published an article based on research I carried out while working with the research group Esbrina, at the University of Barcelona.
While the article draws on fieldwork from a few years ago, the concerns I bring up in the text are still quite current. Specifically, I am interested in problematizing how educational research understands and represents learning practices, in an effort to challenge myself to approach this topic in a more inclusive manner. To do so I draw on strategies from the arts which open up spaces for thinking learning differently. I look forward to any feedback or comments!
