This month for Pedagogies de fricció we’ll be interviewing teachers, students, curators, community workers, etc. in order to diagnose the state of art education in Catalonia today.

Dodgeball is the activity designed by Pedagogies de fricció for the exhibition Wilson Exercises, with the artists Marc Vives, Ana Craycroft and Rivet, within the framework of Lesson 0, the program curated by Azota for Espai 13 – Joan Miró Foundation.
This proposal attempts to engage in a reflection on art education, inviting different actors to discuss the conditions currently dominating this field, drawing on diverse perspectives and contexts. By creating a living archive of brief video interviews, the activity uses the term exercise as a not only a disciplinary action but one that evokes the potential for transformation and change.
